Adams County Christian Academy is looking for teachers and staff members who are self-motivated, enthusiastic, flexible, and willing to grow. Teaching candidates should have an excellent knowledge of their subject matter, be organized, and have the ability to plan well.  Teachers should be able to actively engage students in a creative classroom environment challenging them with hands-on problem-solving activities and critical thinking opportunities. 

Qualifications for Faculty

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in education.
  • A current state and/or ACSI certification is helpful.
  • Necessary skills include the use of an iPad and Google.
  • Alignment with Adams County Christian Academy’s mission and values. (Read our Statement of Faith)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a community of teachers.
  • Effective communication skills with students, parents, and others.

We are seeking a K/1 Aide
Full-time K/1 Aide.  Aide will assist classroom lead teacher as needed.  Hours are from 8:00 am to 3:15 pm, M-F.  
Become a Substitute Teacher at ACCA
Substitute teachers are needed on an as-needed basis in all areas of the school. ACCA prefers individuals with education degrees; however, will consider someone with a degree in another field.

Full-time classroom teacher is needed for combined class of grades 4 and 5 for the 21-22 school year.
We are seeking a MS/HS English Teacher
Full-time classroom teacher is needed for English/Language Arts and Public Speaking for the 21-22 school year.
Volunteer Opportunities: We are now accepting volunteer coaching applications for winter Junior Rams basketball program and HS Track & Field for the 2021-22 school year. If you are interested in joining our volunteer coaching staff please read and complete the application.
